We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a leading aviation company based in the Crawley area. Working with high-net-worth individuals and large corporate clients, this company offers excellent growth potential for the right candidate.
As the Marketing Manager, you will have full control of the marketing function, with the ability to shape and expand it. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and drive the company's marketing strategy.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Marketing Executive looking to step up into a management position and take ownership of a dynamic marketing department.
Job duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events, ensuring thorough planning, budgeting, and coordination throughout the process.
- Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and innovative marketing solutions.
- Conduct trend analysis and collaborate with key stakeholders to refine marketing strategies and optimise customer touchpoints for an enhanced experience.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
- Manage content creation for various marketing channels, including email newsletters, blog posts, social media, LinkedIn newsletters, and PR.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution to boost brand visibility across platforms, while monitoring performance and responding to inquiries.
- Manage LinkedIn profiles for key team members, ensuring optimised presence and engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communications, developing a cohesive brand voice through visuals, tone, and assets.
- Design, update, and maintain the company website, optimising for SEO to improve visibility and keep content current.
Skills & experience required:
- Campaign Management: Proven ability to plan, coordinate, budget, and execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Data Analysis: Skilled in monitoring campaign performance and delivering reports.
- Creative Ideation: Experience leading brainstorming sessions and generating innovative ideas.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to analyse trends and collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies.
- Partnership Development: Expertise in identifying and executing brand opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships.
- Content Creation: Proficient in creating content for emails, blogs, social media, and PR.
- Social Media Management: Experience in developing, executing, and monitoring social media strategies.
- LinkedIn Management: Capable of optimizing LinkedIn profiles for team members.
- Brand Management: Strong understanding of brand voice and identity enforcement.
- Website Maintenance: Knowledge of web design, content updates, and SEO optimization. Ideally a full UK driving licence and your own transport, but not essential.

This is a full-time permanent role, based in the office in Crawley and offering between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum.
