Academics are working with an incredibly friendly and welcoming Secondary school located in the heart of Chelmsford, Essex that are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support TA this October on a long term contract!
The Secondary school is seeking an individual who is highly enthusiastic and passionate about working with children with SEN/SEMH.
The ideal candidate must possess outstanding behaviour management skills and the ability to think swiftly on their feet while adapting quickly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work with students in a superb Secondary school. This will be a fantastic role for either graduates with a degree relating to Education coupled with experience or an experienced Behaviour Support TA or youth worker.
Responsibilities:
- * As a Behaviour Support TA you will provide targeted support to students to address challenging behaviour.
- * Implement and monitor individual behaviour support plans.
- * As a Behaviour Support TA you will collaborate with teachers and SENCO's to address specific needs.
- * Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.
- * Provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of behaviour support plans.
