Description
The Legal Advisor- Plot Sales role based in Basingstoke will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Undertake conveyancing transactions for a range of properties including; New build, plot sales and shared ownership sales
- Disposal of existing properties
- Preparing and issuing documents such as contracts, transfers and shared ownership leases
- Liaising with third parties such as buyers' solicitors and estate agents in order to progress sale transactions
- Providing updates to the Sales and Development Teams
- Reviewing draft conveyance plans
- Dealing with enquiries
- Administrative activities to support the team
Profile
The successful candidate for the Legal Advisor- Plot Sales role will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of dealing with plot sales transactions in previous roles
- Experience/knowledge of shared ownership would be an advantage
- Be able to work independently
- Have excellent attention to detail
Job Offer
This is a Fixed Term contract for an initial period of 6 months.
Hybrid working in available- 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
