Employer Brand Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 experience dependant
Cambridge - Hybrid 3 days a week, 2 days from home
Are you a storyteller with experience building unique, differentiated employer brands?
We are working with a scaling tech business based in Cambridge who are looking for a creative, that understands what it takes to stand out in a competitive marketplace for talent, the work you do will engage the team and attract new talent building a lasting employer brand which differentiates the strengths of the business culture
Your responsibilities:
- This role will shape and craft how their EVP is embedded throughout every touch point in their business.
- You will own the consistency in their messaging of their internal tone of voice
- Lead on internal and external events focusing on the employer brand
- You will be a great story teller, sharing stories of the culture, people and company goals in innovative and compelling ways
- Manage the social media channels and career sites to reflect their EVP
- Develop metrics to measure your impact in enhancing their employer brand
Experience and skills required
- You will have strong communications, marketing or employer brand experience - where you've been responsible for owning, leading and executing the strategy
- Proven ability to generate original, meaningful and creative content across multiple channels for different personas
- Experienced in driving results through the creation and delivery of campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills are essential
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment
- UX experience
