Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an Administrator to their team based in Haverhill.
You will be responsible for working in a busy office environment, answering incoming calls, dealing with emails and supporting the wider team.
Duties include:
Organising paperwork for new contracts and renewals
Arranging site takeover surveys
Processing new customer details on internal system
Replenishing stock for Warehouse (and stationary cupboard)
Checking insurance documentation for Sub Contractors
Arranging relevant access and paperwork for bookings
Submitting payments for invoicing
Emailing service report to Customer
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5pm
