Location: Field Based covering West Midlands, We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSE offices or depots around the UK and Ireland.
Salary: £40,000 - £61,000 + branch related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time with opportunities to improve work-life balance.
As a Smart Buildings Project Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our projects. You'll have the chance to take on challenging projects, develop your leadership skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with our experienced team to design, install, and commission BMS systems.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, demonstrating your expertise.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
What you'll need:
