If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Student Support Mentor!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an adult role model, promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils in line with CSET/School policies.
- Identify, plan, and provide high-quality support for vulnerable students.
- Develop and implement individual and small group mentoring programmes.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support students.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions on student progress, behaviour, and self-esteem.
- Liaise with families to address personal, community, and school-based issues affecting students.
- Support the Behaviour Lead in monitoring attendance and identifying child protection concerns.
- Maintain confidential records and provide reports to the senior leadership team.
