What you'll be doing:

As a Brand & Events Assistant you will play a crucial role in executing promotional and branding activities and events. The position involves a combination of brand management, event coordination and administrative tasks to help the company maintain a strong and consistent brand image.

  • Assist in maintaining and developing the company's brand identity.
  • Assists the Events Lead to ensure all events support departmental and business objectives and that they are compliant with brand guidelines, internal policies agreed standards, legislation, and regulation.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, roundtables, and promotional activities.
  • Assists the Brand & Events Manager and Events Lead where required with reporting on external events budget and activity.
  • Help create and update brand guidelines to ensure all team members adhere to them.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience of planning and executing external events
  • Understanding of events for offline and digital channels
  • Knowledge of current best practice in events marketing
  • Experience of internal stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers
