My client are a leading Central London based and well established MSP that have an immediate requirement for a 3rd Line Managed Services Support Engineer. As 3rd Line Managed Services Support Engineer you will have a proven MSP background and demonstrable support / troubleshooting skills in technology such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, M365, Networking. The 3rd Line Managed Services Support Engineer will ideally hold relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft certs (365/Azure Fundamentals).
You will be working as part of the Service Desk acting as the escalation point also going on to clients sites when needed. After probation the role will move to Hybrid working but flexibility will be required. This is a great opportunity to join a well established IT Services Provider that will encourage and reward for taking latest certifications and even have their own e-learning platform.
