Tenancy Specialist Team Leader
- Hourly Rate: PAYE £22.57 / LTD UMB £26.08

We are seeking a Tenancy Specialist Team Leader to supervise a team of 5 Tenancy Specialists who handle all Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) casework and housing fraud cases. This role is ideal for individuals with supervisory experience or Senior Tenancy/ASB Officers looking to advance their career. The Team Leader will focus on complex queries, providing support, advice, and guidance to the team, and will be responsible for their performance and coaching.
Day to day of the role:
- Oversee the work of Tenancy Specialists dealing with ASB casework and housing fraud.
- Primarily focus on complex queries and provide support, as well as advice and guidance to the team.
- Responsible for the performance management and coaching of the team.
- Contribute to serious cases and attend multi-agency meetings as required.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality service and adheres to policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Senior Tenancy/ASB Officers looking to progress are welcome to apply, demonstrating competence for a senior role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex queries and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
- Knowledge of ASB casework and housing fraud.
