Our client is one of the longest standing, leading independent Estate Agencies in the Midlands, with offices across the region dealing with residential Sales & Lettings, together with Auction Sales, Land & New Homes.
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Loughborough.
You will be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients
- Working towards targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency or a similar professional / Business to Business sales environment
- A confident and professional manner
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
