Description
- Answering client calls; taking messages where necessary & processing queries
- Diary management of office boardroom
- Manage post
- Scanning client records & maintaining tracking spreadsheet
- Preparing client proposals
- Onboarding new clients
- Liaising with clients for onboarding queries
- Closing clients & associated reporting
- Support Admin Manager with adhoc activities & projects.
Profile
- Excellent communication both written & verbal
- Experience in similar admin role
- Background in accounts/tax firm an advantage but not essential
- Flexible, agile & adaptable
- Ability to multi task & work under pressure
