This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's patent and design renewals work, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of IP administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patent and Design Renewals: Play a key role in managing patent and design renewals, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
- Grant Formalities and Validations: Handle grant formalities and validations, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive reports related to IP activities, providing clear and accurate information to stakeholders
- Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate IP records using the firm's electronic document management system
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing queries related to IP administration
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the IP team, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm's IP functions
