Our client, based in Northamptonshire requires an Office Administrator to support the management and director teams in their busy office.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration tasks,
  • Booking appointments,
  • Managing emails,
  • Time management,
  • Customer care,
  • Order materials,
  • Assisting with the accounting team including credit control.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic positive person with a "can do" approach,
  • Background in customer service,
  • Have a problem-solving approach,
  • Good organisational skills,
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Be confident using a desktop computer and/or laptop,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Light data entry,
  • Credit control support,
