KC Group have partnered with a growing Construction company in the Walsall area who are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all health and safety policies are implemented and adhered to.
Requirements of the Health and Safety Advisor role Include:
- NEBOSH certification (essential)
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor role:
- Overseeing health & safety practices across projects
- Conducting risk assessments and site inspections
- Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
- Delivering safety briefings and training to staff
Key Information about the Health and Safety Advisor role:
- Salary of £47,500 per annum
- Car allowance/ company car
