My well-established client is looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team in Peterhead. The successful candidate should have some demonstrable experience working on a Private Client caseload, either assisting a solicitor with matters or managing this independently. The firm are committed to supporting their paralegals to develop their skills and manage their own caseloads effectively.
Day to day of the role:
- Manage a variety of Private Client matters including Wills, Power of Attorney, and Estates.
- Assist partners with their caseload and contribute to the management of repeat clients.
- Focus on building and sustaining business relationships to ensure repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NQ - 5 years PQE solicitor.
- Experience managing or assisting on a Private Client caseload is essential.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a full caseload of matters with supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Commitment to professional growth and development within the firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
