Job title: Property Manager
Salary: Up to £29,000
Location: South Kensington
My client is a lovely high-end agency, looking for a Property Manager to join their team. The portfolio is shared between the team, currently around 90 blocks of a variety of unit sizes from 4 - 60 units. You can access all properties, via tube or foot so driving licence is not required. They are a lovely team, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
Duties:
- Working within a team, managing a portfolio of properties.
- Organising & conducting management visits
- Reporting repairs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging any remedial work
- Organising safety inspections
- Processing end of tenancy check outs, liaising with utility companies

Training will be given, but they would look for someone who has some previous experience.
