Accounts and Audit Senior Position Overview
- Preparation of financial statements for limited companies
- Preparation of partnerships and sole traders accounts
- Liaison with clients on all enquiries
- Assisting Audit Managers and Accounts Managers with their portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and timelines.
- Developing and overseeing trainees
- Review of juniors audit and accounts preparation work
- Maintaining and developing client relationships, both written communication and conducting face-to-face meetings
- Dependant on experience, supervising junior members of staff
Accounts and Audit Senior Position Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified / qualified by experience
- Good written / verbal communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills are essential
- The ability to work under pressure and work as an effective team member
- Good time management, prioritising skills in meeting deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
Accounts and Audit Senior Position Remuneration
Salary dependent on experience, from £45-65k
