An exciting opportunity has opened for an Interim Accountant reporting to the Commercial Accountant at an extremely well-established company based in Kent. This role would be perfect for someone with Audit experience from a Big 4 firm or currently in practice looking for a new role in industry.
Duties Include:
- Preparing audit requests and liaising with external auditors
- Reviewing audit submissions for Management Accounts team
- Reviewing Fixed Asset notes and files
- Preparation of regulatory year-end files
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Identify process improvements and produce documentation
- Review annual reports and financial statements
- Other ad-hoc duties
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA)
- Have significant experience within a similar position
- Have some Audit experience
- Have meticulous attention to detail
