We are working with a global organisation to add a highly experienced IT Trainer to their team. As IT Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering learning and development and improve the digital skills throughout the organisation. The role
- Promote the use of digital technology and improve the digital skills of staff
- Designing and delivering customised IT training courses for a variety of software and systems
- Designing on-demand courses and create digital content using a variety of elearning technologies.
- Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and exercises to support learning objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their digital skills.
The Person
- Strong experience of designing training courses and creating digital content using a variety of learning technologies - this includes creating videos and interactive eLearning.
- Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Rise, Articulate or similar
- Experience with conducting training sessions and presentations, both in person and remotely
- IT Training experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Experience with document management systems would be advantageous.
