Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Salary Range: £95,000 - £110,000 per annum

My client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE to join their team of over 15 professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression through their organic growth system, which offers a clear path from Associate to Senior Associate, Managing Associate, and eventually Partner. The Group's operations involve a wide variety of litigation services for clients across diverse sectors and industries. These include the fields of media, technology, telecommunications, private capital, real estate, financial consulting and investment, entertainment, and retail.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients across various industries, including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment, entertainment, and retail.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years PQE in commercial litigation.
- Strong academic background and qualified to practice in the UK.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
