Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Ipswich (Hybrid Work)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
About the Company:
We are collaborating with a leading European business based in Ipswich, renowned for its innovative approach and dynamic work environment. They are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join their team and drive excellence in both support and delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage and lead a support team to ensure the highest levels of service and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing both support and delivery functions within a technical environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
