We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our client's account team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and be AAT qualified to level 4 (essential).
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with a strong possibility of going permanent due to company growth.
This role would suit someone numerate, process-oriented with experience in a similar role.
Salary is £32k - £34k plus excellent benefits.
Duties include
- Manage assets and reports in Excel
- Prepayments and accruals
- Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs
- Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials
- Create and analyse stock reports
- Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report
- Liaise between other internal teams within the business
Skills/Experience
- Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE or similar processing packages
- Experience in administrative finance
- Accurate attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers
- A reliable person who can work effectively as part of team
