Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise Revenue: Cross-sell across various divisions to existing customers, ensuring you tap into all available opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business leads, introducing new clients to our wide range of services.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring their accounts run smoothly.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key customers at both site and regional office levels to secure long-term partnerships.
- Credit Consultation: Work closely with credit control to pre-qualify potential customer's ability to pay, ensuring proposals and quotations are financially viable.
- Customer Spend Review: Regularly assess customer spending patterns and adjust rates to optimise revenue.
- Expand Customer Contact Base: Build a broad network within customer organisations, connecting with key contacts to enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Submit detailed and accurate reports to the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring all sales activities are well-documented.
- Proactive Engagement: Maintain regular appointments and calls with customers, prioritising efforts to stimulate activity from inactive or low-spending clients.
- Market Intelligence: Share customer site leads and market insights with relevant teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Meetings: Participate in regional sales meetings, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Operational Liaison: Work closely with operational teams across all client divisions to ensure seamless service delivery.
