We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join a market-leading developer with a strong reputation for creating high-quality new build homes. Based in Hertfordshire, they are experiencing exciting growth and expansion, with many new developments on the horizon so room for growth within the company!

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar role with another new build developer and will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer service standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries, concerns, and issues, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Anticipate and forecast potential customer issues, proactively addressing them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues and ensure high-quality aftercare service.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers as needed, representing the company professionally and empathetically.
  • Monitor and track customer care performance metrics, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Recent experience in a customer care role within the housebuilding industry, specifically with a new build developer.
  • Skills: Demonstrated efficiency and reliability in previous roles. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead and anticipate customer needs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer Service: Proven face-to-face customer service experience, with a commitment to providing a high level of service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the housebuilding industry and the specific needs of new build homeowners.
