Job Description
- Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists and an HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services across the site.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers across various divisions to develop people strategies aligned with the business strategy.
- Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and talent development initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including ER case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and shape proactive HR solutions across a large and dynamic workforce.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in handling complex employee relations cases.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams in a high-volume, shared-service or multi-site context.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent senior HR qualification.
