About the role
Working Mon – Fri, we require you to form a rapport & build a relationship, with various stakeholders across the multiple DFDS locations, contacting them for specific requirements, ad hoc requests and to help drive our transformational ambitions. Investigating business processes in a professional and timely manner, to bridge the gap between the business and IT systems, scoping out the requirements to aid in improving the system. We seek someone who is structured and a quick learner, albeit not necessarily technically minded, to be the liaison between applications and developers. You will need a desire and enthusiasm to learn, improve and build the system, write & refine PBI's. Current knowledge of DFDS Ferry systems or previous experience within an IT development team is desired.

You will be responsible for:
- Outlining features & working with the software development team
- Leading your own projects & objectives
- Implementation of the system on location
- System support
- Regression testing
- Release & Change Management
- Assist in maintaining roadmap and driving transformation
- Travel to locations for requirement gathering & training users
You will be joining a supportive team who have an informal, social & friendly culture amongst them, but all have an enthusiasm to learn and build the system, they take pride working on.
About you
We would like you to have previous experience of: DFDS Ferry systems or as a System/Business analyst or a similar role or degree. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Be able to work on your own initiative, within a fast-paced environment. You will need to be comfortable working and collaborating with the product and development teams, as well as stakeholders from across the company to
