Lettings Negotiator – Fulham

What's on offer?
- Basic Salary: £23-25k (depending on experience)
- Commission: 10-15% based on monthly billings
- Car Allowance or Company Car – options available to suit your needs
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in lettings
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach
- A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the Fulham market or similar areas would be a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert advice throughout the lettings process.
- Conducting property viewings and accurately presenting properties to prospective tenants.
- Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancy agreements.
- Proactively sourcing new instructions through canvassing, networking, and existing relationships.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local lettings market, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Ensuring all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting legal and regulatory standards.
- Delivering high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
