£29,000 per annum + £3,000 service charge

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team and ensure our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome and are provided with exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the guest relations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all hotel services and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel guest relations role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • A strong customer service ethic and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
