What the customer services adviser job involves
- You are the main point of contact for calls coming into the customer services team
- Dealing with enquiries from customers over the phone and via email
- Accurately updating customer details on the inhouse system, logging all information
- Supporting customers to find resolutions to their enquiries
- Speaking to new and existing customers on a daily basis over the telephone
Skills required
- Customer Service experience from a customer focused environment
- Experience of using different software / computer packages
- Good at following processes and finding solutions to problems
- Relationship building experience with existing customers
Other information
- 40 hours a week with 2.5 hours given back in lieu each week
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus an additional 2 days given to be taken in lieu of Christmas
- Carparking available at both the Scarborough and Bridlington offices
- The option to work at either the Scarborough or the Bridlington office

- Quarterly bonus payable to all employees after completion of the probationary period
