My client is a successful developer who is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to assist and support with planning and technical drawings along with coordinating information.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of land bid site layout based on masterplan designed by the Design Manager, using drawings, AutoCAD or Revit to do so
- Support the team in preparation of plans in line with policies adhered to
- Daily maintenance of programmes
- Assisting in the delivery of effective and relevant legal documentation for each development or phase
- Liaising with onsite teams and office teams on project progress
- Regular reporting
- Attending site visits to carry out reflected practice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department for housing contractors
- Experienced in Autodesk Revit
- Competent AutoCAD user
- Computer literate
- Understanding of residential building design & construction
