Role Overview:
This is a fantastic and very rare opportunity to work at a director level and help shape the future road map and vision of the wider technology stack.
You'll be responsible for deploying, managing, and implementing all ERP and CRM applications/software.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be someone who has demonstrable experience forming meaningful relationships at a senior level (CFO, CTO, etc)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and management of business applications across the Global Organisation.
- Translate business strategy into application design.
- Manage the deployment of ERP and CRM solutions - specifically D365.
- Identifies and mitigates risks associated with application deployment, customisation, integration, and management.
- Support Project Management activities and champion IT governance and compliance.
- Provide professional leadership within the application team.
Required Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, ITIL, TOGAF, Azure/AWS and software development
- Hands-on D365 F&O experience as a developer, consultant, or analyst
- Track record of developing business cases for investment at the executive level
- Led partnerships with suppliers, internal customers and external stakeholders.
- Strong experience within a complex global organisation, delivering large suites of enterprise application services.
