We have several fantastic part-time opportunities to join our out-of-hours team!

Our Claims team provide accident management services for our clients. They ensure that all customers reporting an incident receive the very highest standard of customer service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.
As a Claims Handler, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people every day, so you will need to be able to adapt your approach, listen and understand our customer needs. You will have an empathetic approach to help customers who have been involved in a road traffic accident, resolving each incident through a world class service.

Please Note: You will be required to attend a 5-week training period which will take place every Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm from Saturday 3rd August 2024, before commencing with your agreed contractual hours.

Salary – Startingfrom £22,369.35 (pro-rated for part-time) increasing as your experience grows.
