Location: Harborne, Birmingham
Salary: £60k - £70k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, Hybrid Considered
The Client:

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of a children's residential home, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for the residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide social work support to individuals and families.
- Administer medications according to guidelines.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management.
- Coordinate home care services for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities.
- Ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people.
- Act as the Registered Manager as per Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising & managing staff in a care role, including working with children & young people in a residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of home care services and resources.
- Recognised professional qualification relevant to working with children and young people.
- Strong social work skills and emotional support capabilities.
- Valid UK driving license would be preferred.
