Our established Cardiff based client is looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive to join its busy expanding team on a Temp to Perm basis, for an immediate start role.
The role will involve a high volume of outbound business to business calls to promote and sell the company's services, and to book appointments for the Operations Manager to attend. There will be a mixture of new business and lapsed customers to re-introduce the company and bring in new contracts.
The ideal candidate will come from a telesales background, be confident over the phone, proactive and have the energy and enthusiasm needed to be successful within a telesales role.
Working within a small, friendly, and outgoing team, you will have the opportunity to join on a permanent basis if things go well.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Location: During the initial training period you'll be at the office, however, following this there is flexibility to work on a hybrid basis to suit you.
What you'll be doing:
- Calling form a CRM database of new and lapsed customers.
- Professionally build relationships with customers and follow up with email information regarding company service offering.
- Set appointments for the Ops Manager to attend.
- Attend face to face meetings alongside the Ops Manager, and individually, to introduce the company's services.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all services.
- Update CRM database.
Experience & Skills:
- Excellent experience in Telesales, Sales or Business Development.
- A professional, friendly, and positive approach to sales.
- IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
- Great listening skills.
- Desire to succeed and progress within a growing company.
