The appointee contribute to a wide range of matters including beyond the boundaries of the specified role with interaction with the wider business. BAU duties will range from:
- Review all regulatory returns and statutory accounts for the syndicate, group and further entities
- Implementing changes in regulatory reporting in line with regulatory developments and the growth of the business
- Bringing new ideas to achieving enhanced efficiencies
- Implementation of processes, controls and solutions to support new regulatory requirements
- Act as the main point of contact with the auditors in respect of regulatory returns and financial statements
- Supporting and developing team members providing encouragement, motivation, and guidance
- Ongoing involvement in projects and initiatives centred around a growing organisation
