Join Our Clients Team as Head of Private Clients - London
Are you an experienced Head of Wealth looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading financial planning and asset management boutique, is seeking a permanent Head of Private Clients to join their team in London. If you have a proven track record in this field and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the private client team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives
- Be a player / manager, with current AUM you are managing.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to support the growth of the Advisers on private client side of business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and UHNW clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Head of Wealth, Team lead or similar role
- Have an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, Chartered through CII preferred.
- Be current at providing Advice for clients, have AUM, preferably with a substantial following.
- Demonstrable leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and meet targets
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
