Description
- Job title; Registered Manager - OFSTED
- Permanent full-time opportunity (40 hours weekly)
- Salary; up to £50,000 + perks + bonuses (depending on experience)
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Key responsibilities
- Leading a team of staff members in providing exemplary care to the young people within the home
- Use the home as a model to support and develop the social skills of young people
- Hold the OFSTED registration to ensure the home is fully compliant
- Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times within the home
- Ensure the home has a safe and supportive environment
Essential Criteria
- NVQ or Level 5 equivalent in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
- Extensive knowledge of OFSTED
- Must have full UK work rights
- Must have a full UK driving license
