Ready to make an impact with a company that's growing, values its people, and loves a bit of fun along the way?

We're on the hunt for a

Marketing Executive

to join our awesome client in Skipton. If you're a marketing whizz with a creative spark, a flair for copywriting, and a love of all things digital, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of their marketing efforts, coordinating campaigns, driving new business, and getting involved in everything from email marketing to social media strategy. Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to grow your marketing career, this is your chance to join a company making waves in its industry while also being commercially smart.

What you'll be doing as

Marketing Executive:

  • Generating Leads & Opportunities: Using your marketing superpowers to create campaigns that drive new business opportunities. Think email marketing, social media, content creation, and more – you'll be using the full marketing mix to make magic happen!
  • Email Campaign Maestro: Running email campaigns for everything from customer communications to new business outreach – because who doesn't love a well-crafted email that gets results?
  • Website & Content Guru: Helping keep the website fresh, functional, and fabulous, with your content skills and SEO know-how. You'll track performance, tweak as needed, and ensure the site is always working towards those marketing goals.
  • PR & Copywriting Superstar: Writing press releases, case studies, and advertorial content that makes the company's services shine. You'll be their go-to for all things copy, from short and snappy posts to long-form features.
  • Social Media Mastermind: Own the company's social media strategy, work with the wider marketing team to create content, and keep the brand top-of-mind for followers across platforms.
  • CRM Wizardry: Manage customer and prospect data, segment lists, optimise processes, and keep everything running smoothly so the team can focus on what matters.
  • Webinars & Member Campaigns: Help run webinars and communication campaigns for existing clients, prospects, and partnerships – you'll have a hand in shaping content and driving engagement.

Who you need to offer:

  • Marketing Experience: You've been there, done that, and got the T-shirt – or you're eager to learn! If you've worked with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), even better.
  • A Communication Pro: Whether it's written content or verbal chats, you know how to get the message across clearly, creatively, and with a bit of personality.
  • Organised and On-It: You're the kind of person who thrives on a to-do list and can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Creative Thinker: You're brimming with ideas and ready to take initiative. No job is too big (or too small) – you've got a "can do" attitude and a drive to get things done.
  • CRM Savvy: Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM is a plus, but they will teach you what you need to know!

As

Marketing Executive

you will be rewarded with:

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between £26,500 and £37,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working means you can enjoy 2 days at home and 3 days in the office – the perfect mix of flexibility.
  • A Team That's Got Your Back: You'll join a company that values YOU – your creativity and your hard work.
  • Amazing Benefits: From wellness programmes to flexible working, a generous holiday allowance, and much, much more – this company takes care of its people.
