Hybrid - 2 days London office based

We are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner with a CIPD level 7 for a national not-for-profit organisation to join the HR team during a busy period of restructuring and transformational change due to growth.

The ideal HRBP will come with experience of working withing restructuring and change projects and have solid partnering experience.

Key duties:

  • People partnering with key stakeholders across and providing efficient, effective and innovative service
  • Providing support, advice, and guidance to develop workforce and reach strategic goals.
  • Support with the delivery of the HR People Plan within the core areas of responsibility, with
  • a focus on supporting and driving change and continual organisational improvement
  • and development.
  • Supporting and coaching managers to deliver business plan objectives and improve capability and performance within their teams
  • Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes within area of responsibility.
  • Analysting accurate HR data and makings decisions based on these.
  • Promoting inclusion and diversity at all times.

Skills and experience:

  • CIPD Level 7 (level 5 may be considered with solid HRBP experience)
  • Strong background of working as a generalist HRBP
  • Must have expreince in not for profit / charity sector
  • Previous experience of working in change management environments
  • Excellent people partnering and advising managers on a a variety of issues including performance management
  • Strong coaching experience
  • Very people focused and ability to build strong working relationships within team and wider organsation
  • First class communication skills and stakeholder management
