Your new role The Commercial andContract Management team requires a Contract Manager to lead, direct anddevelop Framework Contracts. This will involve managing a team, providingleadership, expert advice, guidance and direction to the commercial team andthe wider business. Ensuring the organisation delivers the services, managesnew and residual commercial risks, and realises opportunities and benefitsthrough the Frameworks and Contracts for both suppliers and customers.
The appointedindividual will ensure the consistent application of the contract managementdisciplines within the business, lead in enhancing and developing theframeworks & contracts and to support the delivery of the strategic vision.
The role wouldreport into the Departmental Head but must maintain a close workingrelationship with Delivery Teams and any programmes or projects which supportthe business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have experience working in the public sector
- Experience with contract management
- Familiar with NEC contracts

- £59,841 - £68,868 annual salary dependent on level of experience
- 5% salary bonus
