You will have your own portfolio of general practice sector clients and the chance to grow this portfolio almost immediately. You will be expected to manage a medium-sized team and manage every aspect of the client-accountant relationship.

With a focus on OMBs, the workload would be a mix of accounts and tax, as well as exposure to ad-hoc advisory projects.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Reviewing WIP on completion of the job and alerting partner to issues on any overruns.
- Final review of corporation tax returns and associated schedules ensuring they are accurate.
- Final review of Accounts preparation
- Involvement in Business Development and Networking Events
- Managing the client-accountant relationship - forging strong links.
What about you?
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Have excellent technical knowledge in all areas of accounting, tax and audit.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including WIP & billing
- Demonstrable experience with positive staff management and mentorship
- 5 years Practice experience and some management exposure
