We are looking for an experienced Wire Harness Builder to support the design and build of high-performance electrical systems for the automotive and motorsport industries. **Key Responsibilities:
- Build, assemble, and test wire harnesses for high-performance vehicles in the automotive and motorsport sectors
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accuracy and quality in the harness construction
- Perform quality checks and fault diagnostics to ensure all systems meet the required specifications and standards
- Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure seamless integration of harnesses into vehicle systems
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols at all times
**What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Wire Harness Builder within the automotive, motorsport, or similar high-performance engineering sectors
- Strong knowledge of wiring techniques, electrical systems, and materials used in harness building
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, precise work
- Experience with motorsport wiring systems (Motorsport or Autosport connectors) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
