Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Graduate Support Engineer role for a leading Technology Services business based in Milton Keynes.
As Graduate Support Engineer you will help support the business and meet key objectives to help customer satisfaction as the company continues to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an intertest in technology, engineering and project management and to become well versed in technical support and operations.
Full product training will be provided to get you up to speed to conduct a variety of tasks including client engagement, using the CRM system, maintaining knowledge bases and helpdesk portals, resolving technical issues and assisting technical support where necessary.
This Graduate Support Engineer role is a great grounding to allow you to grow within the business across a number of different sectors. The ideal candidate will have a technology or engineering related degree and a strong passion for technology with strong communication skills.
