We are currently recruiting for an Energy Operations Advisor based in Bedford for one of our clients on a 6-month contract basis. Our client is a leading global energy management company.
Responsibilities of the Energy Operations Advisor
- Ensure timely and accurate bills for our customers.
- Establishing relationships with key suppliers.
- Responding to queries and raising service desk tickets where needed.
- Working with partners around settlement validations and exceptions of meter readings.
- Provide input into the development of communications for events in the customer journey.
- Refining requirements, managing backlog and providing input on User acceptance testing and running platform.
- Providing assistance to finance in validating industry invoices.
Requirements for a successful Energy Operations Advisor
- Experience working within an Energy Supply Company previously.
- Experience designing customer journeys for a multi-channel digital platform
- Flexible with excellent multitasking skills.
- Keen to learn.
- Good communication skills
- Understand meter reading and billing

Summary of the Energy Operations Advisor role
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Bedford, Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Type of Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexible)
