Overview:
Redwood Search is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers through effective communication via email, telephone, and in-person interactions
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable new and used vehicles
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Negotiate final prices and handle customer queries professionally
- Complete the necessary paperwork for each sale
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in car sales (new and used vehicles)
- Familiarity with working to manufacturer standards and targets
- Experience in Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence is required
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)
- Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
- Sundays: Ad-hoc for shows and special events
