We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged with their learning activities and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students complete the work set by the teacher.
- Encourage and support students to stay on task and engage with the lesson materials provided. Offer assistance and answer questions as needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with the school's behavior policies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
