Your new role

This is a new role to join the business as the HR department expands in line with recent growth and ambitious plans to grow further in the coming years. Reporting to an experienced, approachable HR Manager, you will join a supportive team with a positive shared drive to offer the highest standards of support to colleagues and the business at all times.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the HR / People strategy. You will work closely with the HR Manager to support the delivery of an efficient service to the business, supporting the recruitment process, onboarding and day to day HR activities including: maintaining the HRIS / ATS, managing HR data and supporting interesting HR projects as required.

Working hours: 37.5 / week, Monday-Friday. Standard hours are 9am-5pm, but the business is flexible, and you can work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if preferred. Although based in the Salisbury office, the company offers further flexibility and hybrid work with 1 day WFH within the first month and 2 days WFH beyond the first month.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will suit a proactive, results-driven individual with a real passion for adding great value as part of an HR / People team. The ideal applicant will have worked in an HR / People role as part of a team or function with knowledge of HR processes and have used a HRIS, preferably with a CIPD qualification (Level 3 / 5+). However, ongoing development is supported, so someone who is highly organised with experience of general administration and / or recruitment may be considered too.
