Mapped Recruitment is working with a consumer (wellness FMCG products) on their search for a sales executive to join their team.
This role would be perfect for an ambitious individual looking to kick start their career in sales in a Head Office role (Monday - Friday) training and development will be provided however an aptitude for sales, and demonstration of sales techniques (e.g. cold calling/telesales) will be required.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the UK director working closely with Head of Office manager within a hands-on and passionate sales team
- Chase, open, and manage new company accounts (both independent retailers and national stores)
- The sales agent will be proactive in generating and closing leads for potential stores/distributors that may be interested in our products.
- Business development - taking ownership of following up on leads to convert to sales and revenue
- Ability to work in a target sale-driven environment/KPI-related environment
- Confident in conducting client/sales meetings independently
Key Requirements:
- A passion for starting a career in sales!
- Excellent communication for phone and in face-to-face meetings
- Confident with Excel, Google Sheets (Zendesk will be a bonus)
- Ability to work proactively in a high-growth start-up environment
- Passionate about CBD and the industry (e-commerce retail business)
- A European language will be desirable but is not essential
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + Uncapped commission depending on sales
This office is based in Victoria London area - Hybrid working
