Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young man with an acquired brain injury. The role involves supporting him with everyday tasks and ensuring his well-being during college holidays. This position requires a compassionate individual with a clear driver's licence.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide one-to-one support to a young man with an acquired brain injury.
- Assist with daily tasks.
- Facilitate engagement in social and recreational activities.
- Accompany to appointments and outings as required.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Monitor and report on the individual's progress and any concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a support worker role.
- Minimum 6 months UK experience.
- Clear and valid driver's licence.
- Patience, understanding, and a caring disposition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly during college holidays.
- Commitment to the well-being and development of the individual.
